Hi! My name is Kayla (She/Her) I am a white cis gendered queer woman who exists in a small fat body.  Active awareness of the privileges I hold is paramount to my work.

 

My passion & calling in this world is Fat Liberation and Fat Community. I value working one on one with individuals facilitating their journey to body acceptance and body freedom. Intertwining connection, validation & resources as we work together to meet your personalized goals.

 

Intimately, I know what it's like to be in that dark place with your body. I am no stranger to internalized fatphobia & anti-fat beliefs in popular media. Growing up in a larger body shaped who I am today. My knowledge and personal experience breaking out of body hatred has motivated my dedication to this work.
